SHIPPING POLICY
At River & Cedar, we offer local delivery for our Christmas gift boxes throughout selected Bay Area ZIP codes.
Delivery availability is determined by the ZIP code entered during the ordering process. Orders placed outside our approved delivery area may not qualify for delivery services.
Customers may select their preferred delivery date when placing their order. We make every effort to deliver on the requested date; however, delivery schedules may be adjusted when necessary due to weather conditions, traffic delays, product availability, or operational requirements.
If additional information or delivery adjustments are needed, our team will contact the customer using the information provided with the order.
For corporate orders with multiple delivery locations or special delivery requirements, additional coordination may be necessary.
All orders delivered within our approved Bay Area ZIP code service area qualify for free local delivery. Delivery eligibility is automatically determined based on the ZIP code entered during checkout.
RETURN POLICY
At River & Cedar, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Because our gift boxes contain food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if there is an issue with the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To help us review the issue, customers may be asked to provide photos of the product, packaging, or delivery condition.
If a claim is approved, River & Cedar will arrange for the replacement of the damaged or missing item whenever reasonably possible.
Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery may not be eligible for review.

Payment must be completed according to the agreed terms before production and delivery scheduling.
All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
